Refunds

We do not issue refunds for downloadable products such as mp3 downloads, and sound effects libraries.

You may request a refund for a subscription within 48 hours of subscribing.

Refunds for physical products are available within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to pay the return shipping cost. We will issue the refund once we receive the returned product.

If you need to make a return, contact us via the email address used when you made the purchase, and provide your order number for reference.
