In the Identity Series, Sam finds a picture of his mother standing beside someone, but the man’s face is scratched out. Sam’s aunt tells him that the man was his grandfather, but he doesn’t believe her. Whoever that man was, he is sure it was his father.
That’s the least of Sam’s troubles though. The farm is failing, livestock are dying, and uncle Charles doesn’t know what to do about it. Then, one evening, the barn goes up in flames. Is this all a coincidence, or is it the result of fowl play?
